The Reverie Barn features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two living areas and two well-designed bathrooms, including one with a large shower and another with a luxurious freestanding bath. The warm timber interiors and a cozy wood fireplace add to the home’s inviting atmosphere. Maximum of 8 guests.
The property boasts an expansive layout with large sliding barn doors and huge picture windows that not only enhance the indoor comfort but also beautifully frame the breath-taking views of rolling hills and the vast ocean below. The main living area is a haven with a magical wood stove that creates a warm ambiance on cool nights, making it an ideal space for relaxation or entertaining friends. The main living space is also equipped with a state of the art Sunlighten M-Pulse infrared sauna which offers the perfect space to relax and unwind.
The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, equipped with a large oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and ample space for preparing delicious meals as well as a second more intimate dining area. Throughout the home, ceiling fans ensure a comfortable climate year-round.
Upstairs offers two bedrooms and a bathroom/ensuite, the main bedroom offering a queen bed + three single beds, the second bedroom offering a queen bed, and downstairs off the large main living space there is an option for a third bedroom with a queen bed. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, if you are staying with a larger group, please let us know.
Other features include: board games, books, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer, iron and board, powder room, dedicated workspace, split system heating/cooling to bedrooms/living areas, ceiling fans to living area and bedrooms, free wifi, UV treated water filtration systems for the tank water.
Outside, the charm continues with 20 ‘retired’ resident sheep who maintain the lush paddocks and a picturesque balcony where you can enjoy your morning tea as the sunrise paints the sky. The presence of resident wedge-tail eagles soaring overhead adds a touch of wild beauty to this tranquil retreat.
Smaller inside pets are allowed with approval from the host.
