Only 10 mins from Colac and 20 mins to Forrest, everything the Otways have to offer is on your doorstep. For cyclists, the Old Beechy Rail trail runs right past and you’ll find many beautiful waterfalls nearby.

Welcome to The Church, Barongarook, our unique property set on an acre of native Tea Tree, Eucalypt and Blackwoods, with the Otway Forest as your backdrop. Adjacent to our property is a conservation wetland, attracting much native birdlife.

MORE ABOUT THE CHURCH IN BARONGAROOK
The Church in Barongarook has two bedrooms; one open plan, spacious bedroom with a queen bed (connected to living room and separated by a bookcase partition) and one light-filled separate bedroom with a double bed. Our home features a large, modern bathroom with a heated towel rail and shower, along with a separate toilet and laundry.
We supply electric blankets on both beds during colder months.
Our kitchen has a gas oven and cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, French press and lots of utensils you might need for cooking during your stay.
There is split-system air conditioning/heating available as well as an enclosed wood fire, perfect for winter.
We have a beautiful north-facing deck perfect for entertaining, complete with an outdoor setting. Sit back, unwind and enjoy the picturesque setting and wonderful wildlife that love to visit the property.
Guests will have access to the entire house, however sheds and some cupboards will be locked.
