Pet-friendly bush walks offer a great opportunity to explore nature with your canine companions. Cellar doors for wine tasting, pick-your-own berry gardens and a charming general store are all on your doorstep. Lorne is a 20 minute drive through picturesque forest.

Choose a cottage design that meets your family’s needs, with options to sleep from 2 to 11.
Two cottages have outdoor hot tubs.
Enjoy the privacy of secure dog fenced native gardens with abundant bird life. Relax on spacious sundecks with a BBQ or just the weekend paper. Or warm yourself on a cold winter’s day by our wood-burning heaters with ample firewood supplied.
Beds are all fitted with feather doonas and electric blankets to keep you cosy when the nights are cold.
Kitchens include all you need to cook up a storm..
The Pennyroyal Valley is a world apart from the bustling resort town of Lorne on the Great Ocean Road, yet within easy reach of all the coast has to offer.
At Pennyroyal Farm Cottages, your pets are most welcome indoors and out. We supply dog beds, stainless steel bowls, dog towels, throw rugs to protect furniture, and a treat for each dog.
ACACIA COTTAGE

Acacia Cottage can accommodate up to 2 couples & 2 agile people in the loft. Check the pics to see loft access – it’s like sleeping in a treehouse. You can also bring up to 2 canine friends at a small fee.
One bedroom has an ensuite with shower. Soak in the bath or use the washing machine in the other bathroom. And there’s a separate toilet with a hand basin too.
Pull the lever on the sides of the couches and chairs and lie back to take in the views.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pod coffee machine. We provide you with a few pods and teabags to get you going in the morning.
The spa on the deck is a great place to watch the local birds do their thing.

HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE

In spring and summer this cottage is sweetly scented by the Honeysuckle vine that grows on the deck.
In winter you can warm your cockles at the wood burning heater. Two people can enjoy the king sized bed and 2 more can sleep up high in the gallery bedroom. Check the pictures to makes sure you’re comfortable with the access.

CYPRESS COTTAGE

Cypress Lodge has a 6 person hot tub and is the largest of the cottages. It can sleep up to 11 humans and 2 canine friends. It has 1 queen bedroom with ensuite and 1 queen bedroom with 1 bunk bed.
Up stairs in the pitched roof is another queen bed and 3 single beds. There is another full bathroom with shower over the bath and a generous lounge/dining area. The undercover area has 2 BBQs for outdoor dining.
