Heytesbury House is a traditional boutique bed and breakfast providing four guest suites all with private bathrooms. The historic century old period building, once the local hospital, has been since transformed to provide luxury accommodation. Heytesbury House offers every guest access to the drawing room, complete with gas log fire, library, puzzles, games, television, DVD and CD player, tea and coffee making facilities and split heating and cooling.

This suite is often referred to as our honeymoon suite. The extra-large bedroom easily accommodates the queen 4 poster bed with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Sumptuous quality 1500 thread count sheets, and numerous pillow choices ensure you a night of total relaxation.
Take the spiral staircase to your own private sitting room with a TV / DVD, tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. The ensuite boasts a large two-person Bath Tub and separate shower and opulent fluffy bath sheets and robes – all part of our luxury linen package
Naturally, your suite is fully Air Conditioned with personal room controls, letting you set your own comfort level all year round!
WILLIAM SUITE

This delightful room includes the largest bathroom in Heytesbury House with a luxurious double bath under beautifully decorated stained glass windows, featuring the once famous peacocks that roamed the ground of this grand former private hospital.
Relax in the large, solid timber, ornate queen size bed. This room includes private access to an intimate verandah where you can take in the garden whilst enjoying a glass of local wine, or an indulgent coffee.
Naturally, your suite is fully air conditioned with personal room controls, letting you set your own comfort level all year round.

NAYLOR SUITE

This suite boasts a classic Cast Iron bed which has been lovingly restored and expanded to full Queen Size for that little bit of luxury you won’t normally get in a bed of this vintage.
This room includes private access to the veranda where you can take in the garden views whilst enjoying a local wine, or an indulgent coffee with local chocolates.
The beautifully appointed and spacious ensuite includes a corner bath and separate shower.
Naturally, your suite is fully Air Conditioned with personal room controls, letting you set your own comfort level all year round!

DOREY SUITE

The Dorey Suite offers perfect accommodation for a family or a group of four adults travelling together. Two separate bedrooms provide privacy, with one providing a Queen solid timber sleigh bed, and the other with two single iron beds. Both bedrooms have their own reverse cycle air conditioning, so your individual comfort is assured.
This suite includes your own Private Bathroom, Courtyard and a kitchenette area, making a great place to just escape to your own personal space.
A bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, and a small microwave are all located on a bright benched area, perfect for in-house meals, games or to utilise as a desk.
