The kitchen also has a Breville coffee machine with inbuilt grinder, dishwasher, microwave, pantry with essential cooking items, and is fully equipped with saucepans, cooking items and utencils. Whitewashed timber cathedral ceilings, Vic Ash hardwood floors throughout, and floor to ceiling windows gives an open and airy feel to the entire space. There is also a reverse cycle heater/air conditioner, and plenty of board games to entertain.
The family friendly floorplan has two bedrooms wings coming off from the main central open plan living area. The main bedroom suite is off this main living area, and includes a large bedroom with queen size bed and sliding door direct verandah access, walk in robe and ensuite with shower. Wall heater and ceiling fan help to control the temperature in the room in all seasons. Another main queen bedroom has an ensuite with shower and walk in robe. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two sets of tri-bunk beds. This is an ideal kids room, and can sleep up to 6 people in this room. A family bathroom is in this wing as well, with a bath and shower, there is also a separate powder room, and dedicated laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The large wrap around veranda and deck area has many spaces to enjoy the property surroundings and valley views. The entry deck has a large outdoor dining setting and BBQ – the perfect place for breakfast cook ups in the morning sun or evening dinners. Follow the sun around the property with multiple sitting areas for morning coffee, quiet reading nooks, or happy hour laughs. Extensive grounds and gardens include large lawn areas, large established trees, garden beds and native plants attracting birdlife, a cubby house and an outdoor firepit area. The entry has a large carport for undercover parking for up to four cars, and there is a gravel roundabout around a large established garden for easy drive in, drive out accessibility.
